Fraser is in Michigan, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fraser follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. An elderly lady kicked my 2-year-old son and me off the practice green while I was trying to introduce him to the game of golf. It was incredibly disappointing to be treated that way over a child learning the sport. Based on that experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This place has its name for a reason. It looks like a warzone. Patchy greens that a saturated in water, feels like you’re walking on a sponge that’s been soaking in water for months. There is no tee box, fairway or rough, it’s all the same. This should be the absolute last resort if you want to go golfing. $20 isn’t terrible for this but then an additional $20 for a cart is insane! You could pay $40 with a cart and play 18 and other local courses. Walking this course is not bad at all but why the huge hike for a cart rental? Also, the dork behind the counter who was practicing his chip shots on tile inside tells me “Golf is an expensive sport” when I was shocked about an additional fee for carts. Honestly you may be better off just staying home and practicing in your backyard if you have the space. Over the years you can tell absolutely no money goes back into the course, it will not be around for much longer.

They’re so sweet and kind here. They’re a smaller mom and pop operation and it’s a much more personal experience. The elderly lady at the front was so sweet and made sure we were well taken care of for our entire visit.

Amazing par long par 3. Even have a 250 yd par 4...and with a cart. Course not in great shape, but for $20 it's a steel. Took my 12yr old, perfect place to learn the game!
